  • Sales, Marketing and Events Coordinator

    QUALIFICATIONS

    FMConsulting is specialized in supporting international companies to expand their business in Turkey for already 19 years, now we are opening offices in Tehran and Dubai. We are seeking for a new colleague to coordinate our international sales, marketing and event activities.

    • University degree
    • Minimum 4 years work experience, preferably in sales & marketing
    • Very good command of written and spoken English and German
    • Effective interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work well as part of a team
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain flexible
    • Detail-oriented and well-organized
    • Conversant with MS-Office applications and familiar with Google Webmaster tool and Google Analytics

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Sales tasks:

    • Answering the inquiries of potential clients (by phone, email, online chat)
    • Sales campaigns including mailings
    • Designing/writing quotations
    • Follow up potential clients
    • Answering sales calls
    • Cold calls
    • Sales trip planning (from smart schedules to flights, hotels & car rental)
    • CRM management & entry

    Marketing tasks:

    • Corporate identity (documents, business cards, standards)
    • Website & social media & SEO
    • Printed media responsibility
    • Newsletter mailings
    • Marketing campaigns, fairs

    Event tasks:

    • Organizing Turkey, Iran and GCC seminars in Europe
    • Organizing webinars

  • Area Sales Manager (Coating & Finishing)

    Qualifications

    Our client, Carlisle Fluid Technologies, is a global market leader incorporating the brands of DeVilbiss, Ransburg MS, BGK and Binks, and specialized in the manufacture of equipment for the supply and application of paints, coatings and sprayed materials for all major manufacturing industry sectors.

    We are looking for two Area Sales Managers who will be a part of the growing team of our client in Turkey and report directly to the Country Sales Manager, Turkey. Each Area Sales Manager will have the responsibility of a specific region in Turkey (Marmara, Central Anatolia or Aegean regions) and work home-office residing in that specific region.
     

    • Significant experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry and automotive with a good understanding of coating and finishing applications, fluid handling processes and equipment
    • University degree, preferably in Engineering
    • Team player, communicative and customer oriented
    • Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively to achieve targets, detail-oriented and well-organized
    • Self-motivated and eager to succeed with hands-on approach
    • Business acumen, creativity and ability to overcome obstacles with new ideas
    • Willingness to travel and commitment to develop new customers
    • Very good command of written and spoken English
    • Conversant with MS-Office applications
    • B-class valid driving license

    Job Description

    • Plan and execute sales activities in the specified territory,  maintain and develop the customer base and market position in the region
    • Maintain relations with the existing clients and develop relations with potential industrial clients by frequent visits
    • Perform product demonstrations and line trials at customer site
    • Manage and develop existing distributors while adding new distributors where necessary
    • Organize trainings, tech days at customer site, attend tradeshows and fairs
    • Report weekly sales activities in CRM and provide market feedback
    • Provide feedback to product managers regarding performance of equipment
    • Abide by all business compliance requirements in line with CFT policies

  • Area Sales Manager

    We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will work as the sole sales person based in Turkey and report directly to the HQ in Germany.

    • University degree, preferably in Engineering
    • Very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus
    • Min. 3 years of sales experience, preferably in packaging and labelling technology
    • Knowledge of the target segments in the manufacturing industry, such as chemicals, home care products, and food manufacture
    • Strong technical understanding of special purpose machinery
    • Dynamic and sales driven personality with customer oriented approach

    • Independent negotiation skills, self-confident and resilient
