  • Regional Sales Representatives (Power Tools)

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Festool is a leading German manufacturer of high-quality power tools, specialised in the fields of wood, automotive, paint, and construction. Festool is present in 68 countries and has over 2,700 employees.

    For Festool, we are looking for three Regional Sales Representatives who will promote and sell power tools, accessories and consumables through professional sales techniques, product service, and long term customer relationships in the assigned territory (Istanbul, Bursa, Ankara or Izmir), with a focus on the wood market.

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum two years of related experience, such as wholesale sales or retail management
    • Proven B2B product outside sales skills
    • Hands-on mentality, ability to perform tool demonstrations including loading/unloading tools from car, ability to demonstrate power tools safely
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
    • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
    • Strong planning, prioritizing, and goal setting skills
    • Willingness to travel, and B-class valid driving license
    • Good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Achieve sales targets through selling products into the dealer network and on behalf of dealers to end customers
    • Grow the dealer network by opening new dealers and developing existing dealers
    • Provide exceptional customer service through immediate response to dealer and end customer requests
    • Sell all products with particular focus on the core tools along with corresponding accessories and consumables
    • Support dealer product sales through attendance of trade shows and dealer events
    • Visit end users on behalf of the dealer on site
    • Perform power tool demonstrations
    • Conduct in-store dealer trainings
    • Utilize CRM system on a regular basis and ensure information is updated timely
    • Inform the management with well-structured reports

  • National Sales Manager (Power Tools)

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    We are looking for a National Sales Manager who will manage the growing business of Festool in Turkey, with a focus on the wood market.

    Your profile:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Sales management and team leading experience
    • Minimum four years of related experience, such as wholesale sales or retail management
    • Proven B2B product outside sales skills
    • Ability to analyse sales performance and derive adequate measures
    • Hands-on mentality, ability to perform tool demonstrations including loading/unloading tools from car, ability to demonstrate power tools safely
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
    • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
    • Organisational skills: Organization of training for the team, coordination of marketing activities with related department
    • Willingness to travel, and B-class valid driving license
    • Very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus
