  • Technical Director (Welding Technology)


    Our client, Carl Cloos Schweißtechnik GmbH (Cloos), is a leading German manufacturer of innovative welding machines and robots. With its 700 employees worldwide, Cloos develops, manufactures and delivers welding solutions to more than 40 countries.  

    We are looking for a Technical Director who will be leading the existing technical team of our client’s subsidiary in Turkey.

    • Significant experience in welding, robotic applications, and metals industry is mandatory
    • Minimum three years of team management experience
    • University degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, or comparable technical education
    • Dynamic, flexible and energetic personality and an ability to motivate the team in order to achieve targets in the required deadlines, result oriented and well-organized
    • Team player, communicative and customer oriented
    • Willingness to travel for customer visits
    • Very good command of written and spoken German, and/or English
    • Conversant with MS-Office applications
    • B-class valid driving license
    • No military obligation for male candidates



    • Manage the whole service process including the installation and after sales service, and take an active role in developing tailor-made solutions for customers

    • Take full responsibility over production operations, and actively involve in all major technical issues

    • Search for opportunities to develop local sourcing base

    • Lead, develop and motivate a team of technical, robot and welding specialists

    • Ensure that the results are achieved according to yearly budget, and the performance, quality, and deadline targets are met

    • Support and train technicians when necessary

    • Create a long-term customer relationship and a customer based strategy

  • General Industry Acct. Manager (Coating&Finishing)


    Our client, Carlisle Fluid Technologies (CFT), is a global market leader incorporating the brands of DeVilbiss, Ransburg MS, BGK and Binks, and specialized in the manufacture of equipment for the supply and application of paints, coatings and sprayed materials for all major manufacturing industry sectors.

    We are looking for a General Industry Account Manager (GIAM) who will be a part of the growing team of our client in Turkey and report directly to the Country Sales Manager, Turkey. The GIAM will be in charge of the general industry segment in all of Turkey and work home-office residing in Marmara Region.

    • At least four years of experience in B2B sales with a good understanding of coating and finishing applications, fluid handling processes and equipment
    • Wide network and portfolio of paint application customers in general industry
    • Track record of excellent sales, communications and influencing skills, customer oriented
    • Ability to drive and travel intensively around the country and commitment to develop new customers
    • Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively to achieve targets, well-organized
    • Team player and also self-motivated, eager to succeed with hands-on approach
    • Business acumen, creativity and ability to overcome obstacles with new ideas, result oriented
    • University degree, preferably in Engineering
    • Very good command of written and spoken English
    • Conversant with MS-Office applications

    Job Description

    • Responsible for general industry customers in Turkey
    • Develop and maintain the customer base and market position, develop new projects to increase market share of CFT in Turkey
    • Maintain relations with the existing clients and develop relations with potential clients
    • Plan and execute sales activities ensuring to make frequent sales visits as requested in Turkey (80\% Field, 20\% Office)
    • Report weekly sales activities in CRM and provide market feedback, use CRM to manage and maintain the projects to ensure reaching the sales targets
    • Enter customer contacts in CRM and update the information regularly
    • Perform product demonstrations and line trials at customer site
    • Manage and develop existing distributors while adding new distributors where necessary
    • Support the distributors in the long-term to make them more efficient in all aspects of CFT product sales
    • Organize trainings, tech days at customer site, attend tradeshows and fairs
    • Provide feedback to product managers regarding the performance of equipment
    • Abide by all business compliance requirements in line with CFT policies
