  • Customer Services Representative

    QUALIFICATIONS


    Our international client is active in the medical devices industry. We are looking for  a Customer Services Representative for our client’s newly established local subsidiary office in Ataşehir.
     

    • University degree
    • Experience of working in an international customer services environment, or equivalent
    • Fluency in English
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Multi-task at a high pace whilst paying attention to detail
    • Ability to work autonomously, self-motivated, pro-active, can-do attitude
    • Full computer literacy and conversant with MS Office software
    • No military obligation for male candidates

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Assist external & internal customers with any work request
    • Coordinate customer orders with the related Customer Service Teams
    • Support and monitor deliveries with Turkish carrier, including the preparation of specific documentation and waste disposal coordination when applicable
    • Importation support including the review of customs documentation, the follow up with customs agent and fiscal representative on tax payments, and the filing of the documentation
    • Customer invoices review and mailing
    • Credit collection support including the follow up with customer on outstanding payments, liaison with Finance on payment allocations and customer statements
    • Support customer maintenance and new customers set up - E.g. collect customer data, customer licenses, etc.
    • Report customer complaints and coordinate product returns when applicable
    • Support the importation and exportation permit request submissions to Turkish authorities and the tracking of activities imported
    • General administrative duties including data management and filing responsibilities
    • Back up the Sales Coordinator when necessary

  • Account Manager

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Our international client is active in the medical devices industry. We are looking for Account Managers for our client’s growing team in Turkey.

    This home base role will be based in Ankara and cover central, north and southeast Turkey or Izmir and cover west and south Turkey.                                                    
     

    • University degree
    • Fluency in English
    • Significant sales experience in the field of interventional radiology
    • Ability to analyse medical trends to provide input to company direction
    • Ability to work effectively and independently with the local medical community
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Flexibility to carry out required travel (up to 50\%) within territory and Europe
    • Full computer literacy and conversant with MS Office software
    • No military obligation for male candidates & B-class valid driving license

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Drive the growth of Interventional Oncology portfolio with existing accounts and set up new accounts within the designated territory
    • Develop and build Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) relationships in referring clinicians, interventional radiology
    • Develop and maintain a high level of product and market-related knowledge with support from the medical team and local KOLs
    • Understand the medical and regulatory issues relating to Interventional Oncology portfolio and provide advice and recommendations to various cross-functional groups internally
    • Follow-up the quotation requests and tenders of the hospitals, prepare necessary documents and quotations and sign the contracts
    • Work closely with Customer Service to ensure that the invoices reach the hospitals properly, follow-up payments of these invoices

  • Area Sales Manager

    QUALIFICATIONS

    We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will work as the sole sales person based in Turkey and report directly to the HQ in Germany.

    • University degree, preferably in Engineering
    • Very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus
    • Min. 3 years of sales experience, preferably in packaging and labelling technology
    • Knowledge of the target segments in the manufacturing industry, such as chemicals, home care products, and food manufacture
    • Strong technical understanding of special purpose machinery
    • Dynamic and sales driven personality with customer oriented approach
    • Organizing ability, willingness to travel and commitment to develop new customers
    • Independent negotiation skills, self-confident and resilient

    • Maintain and develop the customer base and market position in Turkey
    • Support the existing industrial clients with regular personal visits
    • Acquire new customers and develop relations with potential industrial clients by frequent visits
    • Participate in industry-specific fairs
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and the developments in the market
    • Turnover responsibility for the Turkish market
