  • Service Engineer

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Our German client, EMAG, is a supplier of custom-made manufacturing solutions for precision metal components, and a world leader in the production of CNC vertical turning machines. Together with its subsidiaries worldwide, EMAG employs almost 3,000 people.  
    We are looking for a Service Engineer for our client’s local subsidiary office in order to strengthen the existing team.

    Your profile:

    • Technical degree in mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar field
    • Minimum five years of professional experience in a comparable position
    • Knowledge of CNC controlling systems, preferably Siemens and Fanuc
    • Confident in handling material lists and technical drawings
    • Preferably knowledge of programming
    • Willing to travel and work in different regions of Turkey
    • Flexible to travel abroad for trainings and international assignments
    • Flexible in working hours according to customer requests
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus
    • Conversant with MS-Office applications
    • B-class driving license

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Be the contact person for the customers with a customer-oriented approach
    • Perform the mechanical and electrical repair and troubleshooting on-site
    • Plan and fulfill the maintenance and training needs of the customers
    • Provide feedback on weaknesses for the continuous product improvement
    • Install new equipment and processes
    • Provide on-site training for customer teams on service, programming and maintenance
    • Be in permanent contact with the Service Managers at EMAG Headquarters

  • Regional Sales Representatives (Power Tools)

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Festool is a leading German manufacturer of high-quality power tools, specialised in the fields of wood, automotive, paint, and construction. Festool is present in 68 countries and has over 2,700 employees.

    For Festool, we are looking for three Regional Sales Representatives who will promote and sell power tools, accessories and consumables through professional sales techniques, product service, and long term customer relationships in the assigned territory (Istanbul, Bursa, Ankara or Izmir), with a focus on the wood market.

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum two years of related experience, such as wholesale sales or retail management
    • Proven B2B product outside sales skills
    • Hands-on mentality, ability to perform tool demonstrations including loading/unloading tools from car, ability to demonstrate power tools safely
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
    • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
    • Strong planning, prioritizing, and goal setting skills
    • Willingness to travel, and B-class valid driving license
    • Good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Achieve sales targets through selling products into the dealer network and on behalf of dealers to end customers
    • Grow the dealer network by opening new dealers and developing existing dealers
    • Provide exceptional customer service through immediate response to dealer and end customer requests
    • Sell all products with particular focus on the core tools along with corresponding accessories and consumables
    • Support dealer product sales through attendance of trade shows and dealer events
    • Visit end users on behalf of the dealer on site
    • Perform power tool demonstrations
    • Conduct in-store dealer trainings
    • Utilize CRM system on a regular basis and ensure information is updated timely
    • Inform the management with well-structured reports

  • Field Service Team Leader (Robot Technology)

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Our client, Carl Cloos Schweißtechnik GmbH (Cloos), is a leading German manufacturer of innovative welding machines and robots. With its 700 employees worldwide, Cloos develops, manufactures and delivers welding solutions to more than 40 countries. 


    We are looking for a Field Service Team Leader who will be leading the existing technical team of our client’s subsidiary in Turkey.

    • Significant experience in robotics is mandatory, preferably in welding and metals applications
    • Minimum three years of team leading or supervision experience
    • University degree, preferably in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering, or comparable technical education
    • Willingness to travel for customer visits
    • Dynamic, flexible and energetic personality and an ability to motivate the team in order to achieve targets in the required deadlines, result oriented and well-organized
    • Team player, communicative and customer oriented
    • Very good command of written and spoken German, and/or English

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Manage the whole service process including the installation and after sales service, and take an active role in developing tailor made solutions for customers
    • Take full responsibility over production operations, and actively involve in all major technical issues
    • Search for opportunities to develop local sourcing base
    • Lead, develop and motivate a team of technical, robot and welding specialists
    • Ensure that the results are achieved according to yearly budget, and the performance, quality and deadline targets are met
    • Support and train technicians when necessary
    • Create a long-term customer relationship and a customer based strategy
