We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will work as the sole sales person based in Turkey and report directly to the HQ in Germany.
Office Location: Home-office or Ataşehir
Our international client is active in the medical devices industry. We are looking for a Sales Support & Office Manager for our client’s newly established local subsidiary office in Ataşehir.
Overall provision of professional timely administrative support to the commercial team and in conjunction with the HQ to provide local support to organisation of regional, national and local promotional meetings in Turkey and Middle East
Manage commercial congresses logistics in Turkey and Middle East, including obtaining exhibit space for smaller congresses, ordering and shipping materials to congresses, preparing briefing packages, coordinating registrations
Support generation of requested CRM reports plus related sales data
Full organisation of trainings in Turkey; i.e. hotel, flights, catering, taxis and all on site logistics
Coordinate with the HQ to prepare and obtain appropriate approvals for commercial contracts; track agency invoices against budgets; prepare purchase orders and work orders; coordinate with agencies to resolve any discrepancies between commitments and invoices
Manage all the communication with third parties (couriers, rental cars, office cleaning etc.) and follow up all invoices for office services (internet, phone, electricity, water etc.)
Support the team for travel & visa arrangements
Ensure that the day to day running of the Istanbul Office is effective and efficient and in line with company values
Meet and greet all visitors and visiting employees in a professional and timely manner, ensuring they are welcomed and taken to the appropriate meeting place
Manage the office switchboard, answering and transferring calls in an appropriate manner
Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management
